How can I see your prices in my currency

 Our website is multi-currency enabled which means you can select the currency of your choice when viewing product prices and for all shopping functions including the shopping cart and checkout!

Once your purchase is completed the actual purchase amount will be charged to your credit card in JPY (Japanese Yen).

 Due to the fluctuating nature of financial exchange rates, our calculated total in your local currency may be slightly different from the actual total charged by your credit-card company. In addition to this, your credit-card company may charge a foreign currency purchase conversion fee for paying in JPY. The amount is usually very small but you should check with your card issuer for current rates if you are concerned.

 Q: Can you send my purchased items to P.O. Box address?

 Yes, but only if you are our regular customer. Then we can send orders to your P.O. Box addresses.

 

Q: Do you need to sign when I receive my parcel?

ALL ORDERS SENT WILL HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR. If you are not at the address at the time of delivery then the delivery person would normally leave you a card notifying you of the failed delivery attempt and telling you to collect your order from your local post office. Please note: we have no control over how the various postal services operate and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders caused by the postal services. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time then please contact us and also see if you can trace it through your local postal service website or post office

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

 Transit time for Domestic Ground shipping (by local carrier) ranges from 1-3 business days depending on your location. Transit times for International are usually 2-14 business days.

 

However, the delivery times are estimates and can vary wildly, based largely on your country's customs offices. We include appropriate paperwork, but sometimes things just take an inexplicably long time to clear customs, and there is unfortunately absolutely nothing we can do to hurry the process along.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as well as eCheque. Please note that bank transfer is available on request for residents of Australia and Japan. 

 

Q: Why is your alexscycle.com postage cheaper than postage charges through your eBay store?

Our eBay store calculates postage for each item. www.alexscycle.com postage is calculated by the total delivery weight. 

 

Q: Do you offer insurance for my order?

 

Yes absolutely! This is our commitment to protect your order from unexpected damage or loss. The postage includes a full insurance (For EMS) unless otherwise, you have told us not to. Please see our "Shipping and Returns" for more details.

 

Q: My order was damaged in shipment. What can I do?

 All items that are shipped out from Alex’s cycle are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, you can contact us by email here .  We will contact the Delivery Company (postal service) and file a damage claim. Alex’s cycle will arrange for the Delivery Company to pick up the damaged package. Do not use the item. Do save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the freight carrier /postal service. Once a damage claim is made and accepted with the carrier, a claim number is generated. At that time Alex’s cycle will re-processing the order for the lost or damaged items.

Please contact us promptly if any damage claims need to be made. Early contact helps us to solve any issues promptly which is best for you and us!  Although rare, sometimes there are problems and we like to fix things quickly!

 

Q: You sent me the wrong item!

Sorry, sorry and sorry!  This does not happen often but we are human and we can make mistakes.  Please let us know if we get something wrong in timely manner and then we will do whatever it takes to rectify the matter for you.
